PROCESS
Before beginning any engagement, we work with you and key stakeholders to understand your culture, business goals, and leadership needs. Defining what success looks like from the start ensures our work is focused on delivering optimal value. During initial conversations, we clarify important planning variables such as: timing, participant(s), investment and other important logistical considerations. Above all, we aspire to be easy to work with and help you achieve your goals.
Additionally, there are multiple initial process steps for each type of engagement:
Executive Coaching:
- Sponsor meeting to understand coaching purpose, leader’s background, and future roles
- Leader meeting to assess chemistry and coaching relationship “fit” based on approach, style, and goals
- Formal coaching plan submitted for organizational approval
- Kick off coaching meeting with leader and sponsor to create alignment on coaching goals (as needed)
Workshops/Facilitated Group Learning:
- Meeting with program sponsor to explore need and define broad parameters (# participants, timing)
- Formal project proposal submitted
- Planning meeting with sponsor and project manager (if available) to confirm logistics, determine pre-work, evaluation method and deepen business context
